Since it’s Halloween let’s just jump right into the scary news.
The diesel fuel shortage is expected to wreak havoc on the South.
A major fuel supply and logistics company is raising a red flag on upcoming diesel fuel shortages.
Mansfield Energy issued the alert Friday stating there was a developing diesel fuel shortage in the southeastern region of the United States. The company speculated that the shortage could be generated from "poor pipeline shipping economies" and a historically low supply of diesel reserves.
"Poor pipeline shipping economics and historically low diesel inventories are combining to cause shortages in various markets throughout the Southeast," the company said. "These have been occurring sporadically, with areas like Tennessee seeing particularly acute challenges."
States that are expected to experience serious effects of the shortage include Maryland, Virginia, Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee, North Carolina and South Carolina.

The Energy Information Administration (EIA) reported this week that, as of Oct. 14, the U.S. had only 25 days of reserve diesel supply, a low not seen since 2008. National Economic Council Director Brian Deese acknowledged to Bloomberg that the level is "unacceptably low" and that "all options are on the table" to address the situation.
"Because conditions are rapidly devolving and market economics are changing significantly each day, Mansfield is moving to Alert Level 4 to address market volatility," Mansfield's press statement said.
This has been going on for months. Four months ago truckers were saying just high diesel prices will lead to empty shelves.

The energy crisis is also effecting the EU and UK. Germany’s economy is still collapsing:
In Germany, the number of bankrupt partnerships and corporations in September was 34% higher than in the same period of the previous year, and further growth of insolvent companies is expected in autumn. This was announced on October 10 by the Leibniz Institute for Economic Research (IWH).
“The number of insolvent partnerships and corporations in Germany in September was 762. This is 34% more than in September 2021,” the report says.
It is noted that, according to forecasts made a month ago, a 25 percent increase in the number of bankrupt companies on an annualized basis was expected in September. So last month 762 organizations went bankrupt.
In addition, economists predicted an excess of 2021 in November by 40%. At the same time, for the year, IWH added, growth in the range of 12-14% can be expected, since insolvency rates in the first half of the year were still slightly below last year’s level.
It also notes that 6,600 jobs were affected in the top 10% of companies whose bankruptcy was reported in September. The corresponding situation is connected with the deterioration of the economic situation in the country. In particular, with a sharp rise in prices for important factors of production.

British Gas has warned that the UK has just nine days of gas supplies left, as it reopens a giant storage site ahead of this winter. This is abysmally low compared to the 89 days of supplies held in Germany and 103 days in France. To combat the Europe-wide fossil fuel energy crisis, Centrica, the parent company to the energy supplier, announced on Friday that it had reopened the gas site called Rough, in the North Sea, with 20 percent of its previous capacity. The site which lies beneath the North Sea off the Yorkshire coast, will be the UK’s largest gas storage site and will bolster the UK's gas capacity by 50 percent.

Also in NYC the school system a perverted teacher who was subject to five investigations for inappropriate behavior is still teaching:
Gabriel Mitey, 28, has faced a slew of complaints from students for his “pervy” behavior.
Despite five investigations being launched against him, Mitey is now back in contact with young students, while going by the name “Gabriel Torres.”
The New York Post reports that Mitey is now teaching “algebra and earth science at the highly coveted 6-12 Professional Performing Arts School, known as PPAS, in Midtown.”
“Parents and students were told that Mitey has not been charged with misconduct. The Special Commissioner of Investigation for city schools cited five investigations of Mitey in 2020 and 2021. SCI referred two cases to the DOE, and three others were closed, a spokesman said,” the Post reports. “The SCI released no findings. The DOE refused all comment on Mitey, not saying if the two probes it handled are ongoing or closed, or whether the students’ complaints were substantiated.”
In one instance, a student alleged that the teacher asked him out on a date.
“In another case, student Jolissa Jones said Mitey obtained her mother’s permission to videotape the girl for a master’s degree course, then had Jolissa pretend to have difficulty reading on the tape. After she graduated, Mitey flirted with Jolissa in texts, she said, reminding her to delete their conversations: ‘Chat has got to disappear,’ he wrote,” the report explains.
The report continued, “Mitey also posted a photo of himself in a bathroom with a towel barely covering his groin on Snapchat, where it was shared by many students who followed him on the social-media platform, Jolissa said.”
Students have reportedly been protesting Mitey’s employment at the school.
The kids know this is wrong but the collapsing state government doesn’t.
Why is the media portraying the Paul Pelosi as a right winger when neighbors describe them thusly:
Is it because they want a civil war? I dunno. But on social media there is now a right wing and left wing version of the story so I think it’s safe to say we’re too polarized as a society. Again, I don’t know.
